Happened to be there the day the company was there giving free batteries with a purchase of their carts- which was great bc the cartridges don't seem to want to go in any other battery, I got 2 carts and one had a large gap in product already 😭 The product is great, strong and effective, but its a gamble on if youre gonna have problems with it or not.
