DOSING, USE, AND ONSET

For fastest results, take sublingually by dropping your dose under the tongue and holding for 15 seconds until absorbed. Taken sublingually, onset usually begins within 15 minutes to 45 minutes. This tincture can also be taken orally (45-90 minute onset time) and applied topically.

We generally suggest starting low and slowly ramping up to find your minimum effective dose. For best results, take under the tongue 1 hour before bedtime. A good starting dose is 2.5mg total cannabinoids (roughly 1/4 dropper or 10 drops). This dose can be gradually increased over time at your comfort level until you see improvement.

Each 30ml bottle contains roughly 300mg total of the primary cannabinoid in this formula (CBDA). Each 15ml bottle contains roughly 150mg total of primary cannabinoid in this formula (CBDA). Please note cannabinoid content may vary by batch.
