YES, it's perfect. I feel sleepy after about 46 minutes and I sleep deeply, yet I don't feel sluggish or foggy when I wake up. Plus, this is by far the best tasting gummy. (I'm generally not a gummy fan and some of the other brands taste awful to me.)
