When I first opened this I used the portioning card guide and cut it up. It was soft and chewy, very fudge brownie. Wonderful. Zip lock package is handy. For me the pieces still dried even in the bag. Still able to grab a piece. But it would crumble in my mouth. The flavor is worth it tho.
