I’ve been doing calisthenics and plyometrics for nearly 10 years now but at 36, I definitely feel it in my joints by the time I hit the sack. I used to feel aches all night, but after discovering these bad boys, I just take one an hour or so before bed and sleep is way better, and I’m much less sore the next day.

Excellent to use after a hard days work. I'm 40 now and experiencing discomfort and inflammation in most of my joints. Wrists are the worst! I buy these about once or twice a week. Sure would like to see this in an elixir. Hint hint Heavy Hitters
