This is a terrific product and is the only brand of tinctures that I like.

I use this when I wake up in the middle of the night to quickly fall back asleep. Works every time.

I like bong hit of good herb and then I take tincture that starts easing in as bong hit wears off. I like 4 droppers full then swish it around for a minute. I've done it this way without being prehigh and it starts to kick in faster than edibles and drinks, for me.
