The experience is very much in the name, there is a very dreamy, drifty nature to the blue dream. I like it partially because the TCH level is a tiny bit lower, which is good because I feel far less likely to go "one toke over the line' with this one, which is nice because I think cartridges can make knowing where the line is difficult. No paranoia, but don't take it when you really need to concentrate. This is an absent-minded strain.
