If your doctor has not corrected your insomnia I highly recommend this tincture. But go easy its pretty strong. I went 15 yrs with poor sleep. A zillion medications that did not work until I found this company called Yummi Karma. Their tinctures in my opinion are superior over the others on the market. I tried many other brands and some were so gross tasting I tossed them. Other tinctures did not work as well and were more expensive.
