I take this at bedtime, and it relaxes me completely within 30 minutes. The tincture has bergamot and lavender oils too, which taste may be off-putting for some. I like the flavor. CBN is a great cabbinoid for sleep and relaxation, and this 1:1 ratio is effective for me, and insomnia since 2001.

This is a great compliment to my bedtime gummy. The gummies take longer to kick in but this doesn't last the whole night so I take a dropper of this and my gummy. The tincture kicks in to relax my muscles to get me to sleep and the gummy kicks in later to keep me relaxed/asleep all night.

This tincture has changed my life. I am finally getting a decent nights sleep, and relief from nightmares as well.
