It has definitely helped with sleep. I take 1/2 most nights to help relieve pain and get some sleep. It doesn't erase my fibromyalgia pain, but it helps. On nights when I really know I need to catch up on sleep I will take a whole one. Since I am a cannabis novice, a whole one will make me feel a little "blissful" if I wake up in the middle of the night but it is not too much. I don't wake up hungover with 1/2 or whole.

Absolutely love these. I am a heavy hitter, so the mg was less than I like to take. I have switched to the stronger mg Wana chews.

Pretty tasty chews. I felt my body relax and slowly get tired over the course of a few hours before bed. No couch-lock, just relaxation. Could use a strength boost for frequent consumers but also well packaged so that they don't get stale before you get a chance to enjoy them.
