We use this for neck paid, muscle pain etc, I even use it on my neck and forehead when I have a headache and it works. This is the only thing that works for my husband and my knee pain. It does take a while for it not to transfer onto other things so just beware. It also doesn't smell like you are wearing weed cologne which is a bonus. We have bought this item 3 times now and will continue to in the future.
