I'm not sure how this product works on everyone else but here's my review. First it's not over carbonated and has a great flavor. However it made me very sleepy so I only drank half. When I woke up I was able to focus on my goals. So I would recommend this product to anyone that doesn't mind taking a nap before focusing on your task at hand. But like I said earlier in this review how it works on me might be different for others. So give it a try
