While the product does work as advertised it doesn't last long enough. The syrup nature makes it hard to dose even if their a little cup included. It only has 2 FL oz and you could easily use a quarter of the bottle by simply pouring too much even with the cup. If your trying to make yourself a drink you might use half to get a syrup taste to your drink. Changes the taste profile of beverages and water. I like to see a sugar free version like other brands.
