I wish people made more reviews so I'd know what to buy so here's mine. It was 100 mg so I started cutting the troche into nine pies. 3 cuts vertical 3 horizontal and I started with one square. I'm not a heavy smoker what was a good place for me was around 20-25 mg. It kept me in a good mood for most of the day. Great buy at around five dollars for on 100 mg troche. That's a good four days of medicine for the best price I could find
