I purchased this product for my father, who is 86. He takes half a gummy at his bed time. He tells me that it helps him sleep through the night. He has been taking these gummies for about a year now. I try to keep extra on hand so he never goes without.

This brand is by far the best tasting gummies I've had. Nice mellow high with the Indicator ones.
