Pills work fine. However, there is a LOT of blue dye in them and they will turn your poop green or bright blue-green depending on how many you take. I literally had just 1 and the next day it was straight up green. My brother also bought a pack from a different dispensary, took a bunch, and his was "electric blue-green" in his words.
