The “23” was one of the last IC Collective strains to try, I love the “Head Band” so I decided to go with the “23” this time to see what it’s all about. Nice soft, perfect cure hydro, couple months from Harvest, not bad, still had a little smell left(after a month old, your lucky to smell anything) Nice high, I’m a heavyweight smoker(30+ years) so if a strain keeps me high for a 1/2 hour, I’m happy.

The eighth of 23 I bought has two completely different strains in the jar. The two smaller buds are ok, but the two larger buds in my eighth are 100% not the 23 strain. The unknown buds smell like terpinolene or durban (I hate those strains). The manager at The Happy Cannabis Company was very rude and unhelpful about the issue. Someone packaged the wrong flower or tampered with my eighth. I want a refund or an exchange, otherwise I'm pressing criminal charges for illegal tampering. I'm sick...

My first IC product purchased. Here are the pro's and cons. Pro: Glass jars with rubber gasket built in. The nugs all medium to standard size. Smoked nice. Not overly dried.
