These work fine every time... if you dont have a high tolerance.

Like these much better than all of the 10 mg Shine varieties that I’ve tried

These are incredibly tasty but not strong enough to have any affect on my pain level unless I have several of them. Be careful with how you take them. They are soft gummies so your instincts say to chew it like a gummy bear but to get the most effect from them you are supposed to dissolve in the cheek of your mouth. They do not dissolve quickly so you need to remind yourself not to chew it up for a while.
