This is one of my favorite strains. It can do whatever you need it to do. If you need to sleep, you can absolutely sleep on it, however the body effects aren't so overwhelming that you *have* to fall asleep. At the same time, the head effects aren't so much as to cause a panic attack (I have anxiety disorder). It truly is a strain for every situation. It's also gorgeous looking and smells as potent as it is.
