This one was pretty hit or miss for me. It definitely helped with pain. I would say it tended to highten whatever I was feeling. If I was in a good/neutral mood it was boosted. If I was feeling anxious though, it definitely exacerbated it. A bit harsh on the throat but gave a good body high. And it did help me fall asleep.
