Great buzz ,I have a lot of medical issues and all the other reviews say evening is best time for this! Don't believe it I have muscle spasms, migraines, chronic pain from a brain injury that caused paralysis to my left side and this relaxed me all day long no drowsy or bad effects. I only gave 4 stars because there's always something better getting introduced everyday 😂 great weeds
