Never used it once. Charged it when I got home until lights gone, went to use it and nothing happens. Emailed shop multiple times with no response. Stopped there a few days later to only be told by manager that I needed to contact the company. I literally had this pen for less than 72 hours and Rise wouldn’t exchange, only advised to sign up to warranty and contact Vessel. Still waiting also on Vessel. Out of $36. Will never purchase products from store again!!

These batteries are the best for the price point. You're not getting a super cheap battery that will just break and be replaced often. The build quality is good. I have two of these. The different colors are nice and vivid! Very sharp.
