challenge
Shoppers who know what they want move through an online menu quickly. Curious shoppers take more time: someone new to shopping for cannabis, someone comparing multiple products, or a frequent customer looking for something new to try. Without a way to receive guidance online or see options side by side, many shoppers leave the menu without checking out. For The Happy Cannabis Co., the goal was a menu that matched their website, reached more shoppers through search, and helped more of those curious shoppers convert.
Solution
The Happy Cannabis Co. moved from a standard menu to Ecommerce Premium seamlessly and customized their menu to fit their website design. Two features that came with Premium gave curious shoppers the help they needed: Compare Products let them see options side by side, and the Jane AI Budtender answered questions and recommended products right on the menu. The new menu also performed better in search, and orders from shoppers arriving through Google grew after the move. Help at the moment of decision kept shoppers on the menu and moving toward checkout.
