challenge

Shoppers started on the homepage, but the products were on the menu

For many dispensaries, the homepage brings in a large share of web traffic, but shoppers cannot buy from it. To find a product, they have to open the menu, then browse or search for what they want. Each extra step is a chance to leave before checkout, which leaves revenue on the table. The Source and Deep Roots Harvest set a clear goal: get shoppers to the products that matter most, faster, starting on the first page they see.

Solution

Shoppable products, right on the homepage

The Source and Deep Roots Harvest added Embeddable Product Rows to their homepages. Each row pulled products from their Jane menu onto the page, so shoppers could add an item to their cart or open its product page in one click.
The teams used the rows to feature quarterly vendor partners, house brands, best sellers, and products their customers were likely to want. They changed what each row highlighted as their priorities shifted, without rebuilding the page.
Range Marketing, their web development partner, handled setup, which fit into their existing websites without a redesign.
